  Phone broke, came in bought a new phone, smooth transaction. Bought a case from them for my phone, they said it would be there by Sunday or definitely by Monday. I call Monday, no case. Tuesday, no case. Wednesday, no case. Thursday, no case, hang up on me while on hold, then get passive aggressiveness from a lady on the phone when I call back. This lady says to me "you'll know something, when we know something" but, ya know, add that sassy tone of voice into it for me. This lady finally tells me that the order didn't go through the first time so they had to reorder it through their supplier. You could've informed me as soon as you knew, and I would have been understanding. Instead they have been bs'ing me around. How ridiculous. After this case comes in (if it does), this Verizon store will never see my business again. They sure know how to make you feel like a bother, trying to get the product you paid for. Would've been faster and more convenient on Amazon, a daunting realization for these brick and mortar stores, who can't even provide customer service, the only thing setting them apart from big online business...or any other phone company.
