  I am resentful that I have to even give one star. I went to have a custom wedding ring made to match my engagement ring. Alan designed and agreed to make the ring in February, to be ready for our May wedding. When they emailed a picture of their wax mold we tried several times to bring up our issues with the designed before it was casted. Alan himself assured both my husband and I that the concerns were corrected. We came in 7 days before our wedding only to find out that it was specifically what we did not want. Alan tried to sell us on it anyway, but when he realized that we really were not interested in his attempt he then proceded to say "it is a difficult situation for both of us." Really?!?!
