In August of 2017 I brought my sister in to Gold-N-Gallery to try on a wig. She had Parkinsons and on top of that, she was battling cancer. She had just started chemo but was already losing her hair. We came in late in the day not to long before they were ready to close. My sister was in a wheelchair and had difficulty with other things also. Even though they were close to closing, the ladies took the time to find her a wig that fitted her properly and looked good. She wore her wig to a family reunion a few days later and looked like herself. She was very happy about that. Unfortuneately, she lost her battle 5 days after that. It was so very difficult and continues to be a great loss to her husband, kids, sisters and other family. We know she so appreciated the care they gave her in helping her to look good and feeling good about herself despite everything. Thank you to the ladies who never rushed us and took their time to help.
