  First time in the Cleveland Ave store I always went to the one on Cherry. I went to get some fish, when I asked an employee where the fish was she kindly told. When I was standing in front of the seafood counter for several minutes and was seen several times by two employees in the deli no one said I had to get a ticket. A fellow shopper did, and pointed me in the right direction. One of the 2 behind the deli should have acknowledged me. Rude customer service maybe they were seeing how long I would stand there.

  The store itself is great. There is good variety of products. But unlike my usual store, Giant Eagle, the clerks at the checkout at Fisher's are pleasant if you speak to them, but usually ignore you and just speak to each other. This happens nearly all the time regardless of the age or sex of the cashier.
